1. What services does G-Line Glass offer?

In a nutshell, we manage everything you need to get the job done.

This includes:
• Sourcing the product
• Negotiating price and quantity
• Providing an accurate product quote
• Shipping, port charges & insurance
• Customs clearances right to your door

Our services are designed to eliminate any risk over the entire import process.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

G-Line Glass customers do not have to order a full container.
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and the manufacturer of the product.

3. How long does it take to receive goods from date of order?

Once you’ve placed an order, roughly 8-10 weeks. However, the time frame from placing your order to receiving your goods can vary. If your product is in stock, and depending on your location, as short as 6 weeks.

4. Can I personalize my product with my brand logo?

Generally speaking yes. However, this depends on the factory, the quantity you’re ordering and exactly how you wish to brand your product.

5. Is it possible to order a sample product?

Yes, we often arrange samples before orders are placed. In many cases, we can airmail these for a small fee.

6. Can containers be delivered to my location?

We present you with two options. Have the goods shipped to your warehouse / front door. Or you can pick them up from a specific warehouse in your city.

Please note: if you are not in a city with a port, we’ll need to freight your goods inland. This is easily arranged.

7. What happens if some of the goods are damaged in shipping?

As hard as we try to prevent this, it can happen. Storms at sea during shipping on steamship carrier one example. All containers are insured , we will walk you through the steps to deal with this, I'm just a phone call away.
